Use windows key + r to open the run box, type in services.msc, scroll to “vgc”, uncheck it, apply, recheck, apply, restart PC

Riots logic is: someone could wish death on you and be spewing racial slurs, encouraging self harm, you call them an idiot or whatever and in their eyes, you’re also deserving of punishment for not just sitting there while people say that. They don’t care about context
