Annoying visual glitch when placing or breaking blocks with iris and sodium

Annoying visual glitch with iris and sodium when placing or breaking blocks
Whenever i place or break a block, my world like tears for a split second which can affect by fps and and is mostly just very annoying since i play pvp a lot. I have tried a lot of settings but nothing works. i am not using any mods other than sodium and iris Another player had the same issue on and he posted a video on reddit showing what it is https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/vnaird/annoying_visual_glitch_with_sodium/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button (this bug is on every version i play with iris and sodium)
