Portforwarding issues
Hello, I'm trying to portforward my minecraft 1.20.1 server. The server is located on a secondary Windows 10 PC connected directly to the router. I've portforwarded port 25565 on my ASUS RT-AC86U router, I have, for the time being, turned off the firewalls on this Windows 10 PC. I have added rules in the advanced firewall settings to allow incoming and outgoing connections related to port 25565, but still nothing works. I can connect through my private IP, but not with my public IP. I got Connection refused yesterday when trying to connect and No route to host today.
I've talked with my ISP and according to them I should now have a public IP. It all worked a few months ago, but it seems to have completely stopped working after they mysteriously withdrew my public IP. I ran tracert <public ip> in my W10 terminal, it only shows one hop, so if I'm not mistaken, that means it's not carrier grade NAT. I've restarted the router several times, obviously checking so that I'm connecting to the correct public IP, but no luck.
