weird bug stopping my bot

today my users reported my tg bot wasnt working and when i saw the logs nothing was wrong but i could tell that bot has gone offline idk how can someone see what happened using my service id ?

how do i see my local files ?

so in my project some logs are saved on a csv file in my local directory , how can i open the csv file that has the logs saved ?
