Switching mod list to another list then reverting back to the original list somehow broke dh
Try it in new instance and if works copy your world folder into that instance

Replay mode error in between Redering with DH (150-500 frames)
So let me update about what was happening and how it fixed.
I used 2.3 DH in 1.21.4 version of minecraft with Iris bliss shadders error persisted I tried many things but it never worked,
Then I switched to 1.20.1 and it worked for me.

replay mod x DH
Listen I don't know if it's your problem or not,
Open replay and try to see DH in it obyesly will not be there (but it will create a folder name something like reply data in . minecraft folder same as most3 video)
Now go to world see if it's generating in actual map, if yes then go to world folder and copy distant horizan file
Now copy it and past it into .mincraft/ replay data/overworld
Now open replay again, now you have DH in Replay mode as well, and yeah you can have only one world's DH at once in Replay mode so keep changing file accordingly to the reply u are editing.
