also i got to a conclusion that the hydrogenated byproduct is more stable than the aromatic compound and b/w two diff structures one can just compare

Structure of free radicals
The electron in question exists in a non bonding orbital and thus is not able to show repulsion significant enough to distort the shape of the radical.

for example: 2+7+8=17>3+4+9=16 here, the former set has higher sum of locants but still the latter one will be considered as the former one has smaller locant value at first point of difference.
