In my case it doesn't work, I had it installed working perfectly with 2.1, and I had to go back to 2.0 since from one day to the next there was no way for me to connect Moonraker with Mainsail.
It is possible that it is some incompatibility of my system, but for now I can work, waiting to be able to stop the machine and dedicate maintenance time to be able to solve it.
It is not a definitive solution, and it is annoying to have to execute "set kinematic center position" before a home, but the job has to be done.

I have the same problem, did you find a solution?
In my case I can start the machine and go home after executing the "set center kinematic position" macro but it is not a solution.
