DH dev disables rendering on each game restart

DH dev disables rendering on each game restart if "Show LOD Gen/Import Progress" is disabled (latest commit https://gitlab.com/distant-horizons-team/distant-horizons/-/jobs/8830121340) I tried deleting the config file, did not fix.
