Super new to hosting a server, having issues with tick rate.
i'm genuinely amazed your server is sitting around 19 tps with maxed sim distance. that's definitely the first thing i'd turn down if you want to bring that back up to 20. sim distance only affects how far out things are being processed, so you rarely if ever need it that high
