How do I disable fly turning on automactically on join? I have to do /fly to disable it again

BIt’s not just when I join the server, but also when I join a world.
BI don’t think it’s in essentialsx.

Bwould that be a permission or in config? I assume its a permission but in LuckPerms I set my peerms to *, is there a way to disallow a certain perm?
S- yes its a permission
- just add that permission and deny it (lp has a toggle to allow or deny permissions)
