Lost access to 2FA
Hello, I've recently lost access to my 2FA device which means I got locked out of my Cloudflare account, I don't have the backup codes on me, I created a support ticket but I never receive a human reply only a bot one. I can't access the DNS records so I can't do what the bot reply is telling me to do. My cloudflare email is [email protected]
I can still change the nameservers to prove I own my domains.

Lost access to 2FA device
Hello, I've recently lost access to my 2FA device which means I got locked out of my Cloudflare account, I don't have the backup codes on me, the main problem I have is that I tried creating a support ticket but it says the email I provided doesn't have a Cloudflare account..? even though I can login with it? which is why I created this post to try to get help here.
