Lost access to 2FA device
Hello, I've recently lost access to my 2FA device which means I got locked out of my Cloudflare account, I don't have the backup codes on me, the main problem I have is that I tried creating a support ticket but it says the email I provided doesn't have a Cloudflare account..? even though I can login with it? which is why I created this post to try to get help here.

These links may help, but they only work when logged out. You can always use an Incognito Window or a Private Window to ensure you're logged out.

I apologize, but I've made a ticket, all I got are automated messages, I cannot edit or add files as it is all managed on Cloudflare, I tried sending emails but I never get responses and only automated messages.My cloudflare email is determinated738@gmail.com
I can change the nameservers to prove I own my domains, but my DNS records on my domain dashboard are bugged and I cannot edit them except on Cloudflare
