Unknown phone linked to my account
I took a break from playing some time back late 2022s, barely played in 2023 and most of 2024 til I got an email in October 20024 that someone linked their phone to my account. The person marked my devices as unauthorized and unlinked my google but I had linked Facebook too. I've reached out to pubg via ingame support 4 times and got rejected all. I've even applied for manual review and all i was told was "...your account is in unusual state..." I have receipts of all uc purchases as well as screenshots and video recordings of me using my account. I'm fearing the guy might unlink my fb too and lock me out totally. I've reached out to pubg via reddit as well but so far nothing useful has come out of our interaction, they asked alot of questions and put the Investigating tag and that's all, It's been 3days now. What to do? How can i sexure my account?
