Downgraded DH, and started new world. Issues resolved. Ran with starlight and works fine for a moment being
How do I regenerate LODs? Do I have to delete a file inside game folder?

Perhaps I require a tweak in settings?
These black chunks disappear when you approach these chunks, but pop back when you go further away
