It came all of a sudden, didn't push any change.

It keeps loading, so basically all the requests stays in pending state, seems like the domain wasn't being resolved to an ip

If i restart the service then everything starts working but after sometime it starts failling.

yes, but inorder to do that i'll have to use the restapi method which only supports SSML as it's content type
