When I delete an account with (email1) and wait 7+ days so it’s deleted, then go onto account with (email2) and try to change the email to (email1) why does it say the email is already linked to an account?

change email
I’m trying to change email on my pubg mobile account. I enter in the new email I want to use and it says that email is already being used in another account. I accidentally made a new account so I deleted it and that was like a month ago so there should be no account linked to that email. How do I fix this issue?
