I make shorts for my server. They ain't that good but i am still getting above 1-2k views on most of them. On a mostly new server i got 500 joins in 4 days from short form content. Again these results ain't that impressive but for a new and small community i would say they are a lot.

I think you should look into all of the Mythic plugin like MythicMobs, MMOItems, MythicCrucible and such on their wiki and discord. People there know more about such items and mechanics as I assume you would like some custom abilities like the ones on Hypixel.
