problem with ressource pack

If i try to use Iris on my server, it always crashes. I dont know why this issue happens, i think its the cause of the ressource pack i have on the server. Is there a possibility to fix Iris? I uploaded my latest log (i removed some details, that arent important) Thank u for ur help!
