Hello, yesterday I was playing normally and I left the game at around 1:30 am and today (28.01.2025) I entered my account and exited it to increase the quality in gameloop. When I tried to enter the account again, it said that I was banned for 10 years (26.01.2035). Please help me. I have never used cheats on my account and I continue not to use them. Hello, I received an error code 5 in gameloop more than a week ago and I asked the gameloop officials about it. They told me to turn off a setting. After turning off the 'Exploit protection' setting, I got banned in every match I entered one after another. The last time I got banned for a week, they wanted me to format my computer. I formatted it and my ban was lifted, but now I can't play the game because my merit has dropped. Can you help me?
