Can't deploy my application
I'm trying to deploy the following service id: 271ffcbc-3075-4ba0-9f44-3d9e4e7a3657 but im getting weird errors from Railway in the build logs /router.Router/CreateDeployment UNAVAILABLE: connection error: desc = "transport: Error while dialing: dial tcp 192.168.48.10:50152: connect: connection refused"

environments are linked together?
I've two environments, production and development. If I delete one service in development, it shouldn't affect the production, right? Well, I deleted a service in development and it deleted mine in production (got my service stuck due to the volume bug).
