And yea, I think it's kinda bad to push people to fin. I think the prevalence of PFS is really low (tens of thousands vs millions with no issue) but it's absolutely real and just telling people their "sides are in their heads" can do a bunch of harm
We don't really have any good treatments that don't have a risk of causing systemic issues and it's completely valid for people to choose to not treat it

I get it, I just wish I had known before. They do a good job of hiding the negatives, not to mention it was a harm reduction statement in my mind because basically the rates of AGA have skyrocketed in newer generations.
That's fine with me, we can leave it as it is, though I'm going to mention it if someone brings up the specific drug names
