hi i also try to integrate the plugin on my 1.21 server but on paper.
but i get the same message in my console about the brigadier support maybe this is the problem.
but if it works then all you have to do is to make ingame /networks create <name> and then you should craft the items.
because i see in your console that there were 0 networks loaded.
you musst first create a network and then you can edit it.
e.g. after a view days you want to add some more chests maybe you must select the network first with /networks select <name> and only then it is possible to add new chest or craft the items.
hope this will be the solution for you but let me check if i can craft them on my 1.21 server
