I'm having problmes updating my nuxt 3.8 to the latest

I'm having a lot of inconsistencies upgrading packages right now. I'm using yarn 1.22.22 and I want to upgrade piece by piece until im ready for latest version of nuxt. Can you help?

Tooltip with Backdrop filter blur

I have a tooltip (https://ui.nuxt.com/components/tooltip) and when I'm using backdrop-filter with blur to apply that in the background of the tooltip child, the tooltip stops showing in the page. Do you guys have any idea on what's happening? I have a simple background color with filter

I lose my query params on page load

I've just joined a project and everytime that I load an URL with query params, the params are stripped out on load. Where should I look for something that is causing this? Any sort of configuration with SSR?
