is VibranceGUI bannable?
I wanna make my game colour contrast a bit nicer looking but I am not sure if VibranceGUI is bannable as it is a third party software. Can I get banned for using it?

Can I delete an account that is connected to my Gmail but leave another account under the same one?
I have 2 accounts under the same Gmail and I want to delete one because I don't use it.
It was originally was made as an alt account so I can be more confident playing competitive as I was struggling to get out of Bronze.
Now I don't need it anymore, so can I delete this unwanted account I don't use while keeping the other account? The other account has skins on it so I want to continue using it.

Why does FPS drop when I lower resolution?
I lowered my resolution from 1920x1080 to 1680x1050 to try and get my FPS from 144 to 165 stable (my refresh rate) since I was hovering in the 150-155 range. However when I changed it and started a game I got like 100-110 FPS instead. How do I fix this?

What GPU should I get for Valorant?
I have an i3-13100F and a GTX 1050.
I am unsure if buying a RTX 20/30/40 or RX 5000/6000/7000 series is worth it as there are cards from older generations like GTX 10/16 or RX 500 series GPUs that can still be powerful enough while being cheap.
I do not mind going from a 1050 to something like a 1060 or 1070.

If I delete a Riot account will the in-game-name, username and email be deleted from their database?
I have 2 accounts, 1 Gold and 1 Silver. I'm not smurfing, I just use the alt account to play and be more confident because I always feel too scared to play on my main.
I want to delete the alt account and start playing my main more with all the skins and stuff so I have just 1 question:
Will the in-game username, account username and email be deleted from Riot's database? I want to change my main account's email to the alt account one and the in-game username once it's deleted.

Should I cap my FPS?
After tons of FPS optimisations I have gotten past the 100 FPS mark, around 120-150. But when ults like KJ, Harbor, Viper come out, my FPS drops below 100. Sometimes it goes to 70-80 which is very noticeable. I tried capping my FPS to 90 but sometimes my FPS straight up goes below 90 and chills out at 85-ish for a few seconds. So does capping FPS help or should I be like most people and just uncap my FPS?

Is it a good idea to run the game on 1280x720 instead of 1920x1080?
I am using a laptop right now because I am too broke to buy a complete PC setup, plus I need a laptop to carry around for schoolwork related things.
On 1920x1080 I get around 70-80 FPS normally, but when there is a lot going on i.e. ults, abilities, my FPS drops to around 50-60.
I tried using 4:3 (1024x768) but I can't see the full shop basically my game is zoomed in and some stuff like the dailies and Premier overlap which is weird to me.
Thus I tried using 1280x720. I get around 80-90 FPS but everything is blurrier and my crosshair looks 1.5x as big now. Is there any other disadvantage to this or is it a good idea for me to stick to 1280x720? Or should I go to 4:3 even though player models are not stretched or anything?
