Overworld LODs rendering in the End dimension
I didn't take a screenshot yet but i'm seeing the LODs from the overworld rendering around me in the end for some reason. I'm on the latest nightly build as of yesterday. Also, fwiw there's no folder for the end in my .minecraft folder, but there are folders for the overworld and the nether. IDK if it matters but I was playing on a multiplayer server.

Chunks modified days ago still showing old LODs
There are certain chunks in the world that have undergone huge modifications but for some reason when I look at them from far away I still see the old state of them. For instance, there's a house that was covered with one type of block days ago and was later updated with a different type of block. Up close the new block covering is rendered correctly, but the LODs generated by DH show the old block covering.

iris and fabric versions for minecraft 1.21.1
the faq is saying that DH 2.2 + can work with minecraft 1.21.1 with some bleeding edge versions of iris and everything else but when i try to use the universal jar installer for iris and fabric it gives me older versions. how do i get newer iris and fabric that will work?
