I bought 11000 valorant points, they did not arrive, the money from my bank account is gone

Valorant kicked me out of the game, and it keeps saying that it lost connection

I was playing valorant rn, it was 12-3 and it randomly kicked me out of the game, and now everytime I try to run valorant it says that it lost connection

I got banned AGAIN because my game crashed

I entered an unrated game, chose an agent and waited for 4 minutes, after those 4 minutes the game loaded and crashed, thanks to it I have the 24 hour competitive ban AGAIN

I have a ban for 24 hours on competetive because my screen froze for 7 rounds

I wanted to train in unrated for competetive, so I booted up unrated. I picked killjoy and the game started loading. For 10 minutes I was stuck at the screen where you select your agen, and after the 10 minutes it loaded me in. How is it fair? I got banned for something that's not my fault.
