Resource pack

Player not enable to connect to server through velocity
So I use velocity to forward players to different servers only he is able to join the server hub but not the lifesteal server itself, when he tried to join this message shows up,
[15:43:44 INFO]: [connected player] BmoneyboyYT (/107.115.208.129:23037) has disconnected: An internal error occurred in your connection.
[15:43:44 ERROR]: [connected player] BmoneyboyYT (/107.115.208.129:23037): read timed out
Any fix for this?

Transfer server data from offline to online
Hey, my server was previously in offline mode, and I want to switch it back to the online mode, however when I do that, member inventory is reset. Is there any way I can store the data or not?

Default Skins
So, yesterday I installed the plugin Fastlogin so cracked players could join aswell, only after the restart all of the skins turned to default. So I deleted the plugin but the skins are still default, does anyone know how I can fix this?
