Dear PUBG Support Team,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request the unban of my PUBG Mobile account with ID 51019966194 and in-game name HS Ayesha. My account was banned in August 2021 without any clear reason. I have reached out multiple times regarding this issue, but my requests have always been rejected.
If there was any violation on my part, I sincerely apologize. If my account was flagged for hacks or any other misconduct, I assure you that it was not intentional, and I deeply regret any actions that may have led to this situation. I have learned my lesson and will strictly follow all game rules in the future.
It has been a long time, and I genuinely miss playing PUBG Mobile on my main account. I kindly request you to reconsider my case and grant me one last chance. I would be extremely grateful if you could review my account and provide me with a fair resolution.
