It is being canceled from Velocity's end

NuVotifier Help on Ptero Container
172.18.0.1:8192 is allocated to the server I want it on In the votifier config, the host is 0.0.0.0 When I go to test my vote, I've tried a variety of things. I use my token and public key like normal and the 8192 port, but I've swapped through all the IPs I can think of to try and get it to work, still unfortunately getting the same error. 
The server couldn't be reached.
Check if the address and port are entered correctly and try again. An unknown error has occurred. Make sure you've copied the correct token or public key from your votifier configuration.
