NuVotifier Help on Ptero Container

Hello! I am trying to set up Votifier for my server located on a ptero container. I'm unsure of how to config it properly though. Do I use the host machine's IP on a voting site?

172.18.0.1:8192 is allocated to the server I want it on In the votifier config, the host is 0.0.0.0 When I go to test my vote, I've tried a variety of things. I use my token and public key like normal and the 8192 port, but I've swapped through all the IPs I can think of to try and get it to work, still unfortunately getting the same error. 
The server couldn't be reached.

Do you have an allocation for the Votifier port in the panel? Also yes, you would give the site the same IP you give your players.
