Notifications are going extremely slow
Hey,
I have an issue where my notifications are going extremely slow. I'm using the cloud novu version. Is it cause the number of subscribers is too much? Additionally, will my notifications to discord, slack or email go quick if i hosted it in my own AWS?

Pre-requisites of deploying Novu
Can someone give me the basic requirements to start novu inside my kubernetes cluster? Like bare minimum. I just used only one image that is ghcr.io/novuhq/novu/web:0.21.0. Anything more should i put other than this?

Passing HTML elements as an email template
hey can i send an email via a handlebar? meaning to say in my email template i write:
<html> {{emailTemplate}} </html>
That way i can control my email creation on my app and have only 1 workflow for all emails passing dynamically

Sending Direct messages to discord
Is there a way in which i can send a direct message in discord through novu to the user rather than it being in a server. The goal is the user just gives his discord user ID (example: N10R#5322 or the actual user id) and he gets automatic discord notifications directly to his direct messages, rather than setting a webhook to the server?
