Game crashes and pops up Error Code 1 after applying the shaderpack

I've been trying to use shaderpacks (BSL,Complementary reimagined, Complementary) on 1.20 with the Iris Shaders but it just keeps crashing. I've tried with and without any mods but nothing seems to work and I can't find a solution. I have a AMD Radeon HD 7560D which I think is compatible with Iris.
