FPS related query

Hi. I am currently using iQOO 9 SE device for past 2 years which has snapdragon 888 processor. I didn't receive 90 FPS yet even though PUBG MOBILE released new 120FPS. Devices which are less powerful that my devices too have 90 FPS. Does anyone know about this? If yes I hope I will get any reply! #questions
