thanks a lot! definitely think I’ll have to just try on to see what fits me best
also, is the total length of the jean the rise length added with the inseam? asking because as you mentioned the 514’s I have with a rise length of 10” and an inseam of 36” would be 46” total, but the pair I linked with a rise of 12” has a max inseam of 34” so that total would also be 46” for the length…
so should I expect them to be about the same total length? again, will def try on before committing to a pair, and I appreciate the advice!

thank you! is the length of a jean, for example a 34, the inseam length in inches?
just measured using a measuring tape and 34 inches down as an inseam length was lightly touching the floor next to my foot, and 36 inches would easily touch the floor with some additional length as well that would be past my foot if floors didn’t exist lol
definitely understand that it varies from brand to brand, but say I get a pair of baggy jeans with a length of 34, should I expect the pants to be nearly touching the floor (without shoes) as my measurement did?
