I hoped that my team would help me.
just remember its a game
and the fact that no matter what there will be players that are worse than you in your team
and players that are better than you in the other team

then launch and wait to see if vanguard user service pops up

This could be a network issue or just simply the game not behaving as it should
You could use a DNS to see if that makes a change or if you are willing to, you can use a VPN
see if the Vanguard user service pops up after game launch
if it doesn't then try the things i said
i usually encounter this problem when im trying to log into my other accounts and i have to use a VPN once and after that i can launch normally

Lol update just finished
And it took about 10 gbs of temp files for the update from my ssd
Apparently they expect you to leave some space for them.

The reason updates are slow are because for some reason riot decided to change the update system i think
After the tejo update i have been tracking the disk usage and noticed that updates pause in the middle every now and then and start reading and writing on your drive, either its ssd or hdd, for some reason both of them seem to perform slow in this task
I have no idea why its necessary for the client to do this much read and writing on your disk
Considering the fact that it wasn't like this before.
I hope they do something about it

Its js not working even if i relaunch it
btw i actually fixed this issue by closing the client and re launching the game using a VPN try that if you can
