@Metamorphosis i dont know why but i twas working 1 day ago, now it just freezes on this
This could be a network issue or just simply the game not behaving as it should
You could use a DNS to see if that makes a change or if you are willing to, you can use a VPN
see if the Vanguard user service pops up after game launch
if it doesn't then try the things i said
i usually encounter this problem when im trying to log into my other accounts and i have to use a VPN once and after that i can launch normally
