Move valorant

is there a way to move val from my external hard drive to my main one, so I don't have to redownload the whooole thing? Thanks in advance!

Alright, remove your external drive for now, where game files is
Reinstall riot client
Open and start valorant download
Once it starts wait few sec then stop the download

- Open the Task Manager > Details tab
- End the task on all VALORANT, Riot Client and VANGUARD-related apps/services
- Open the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program
- Uninstall Riot VANGUARD
- Open CMD as Admin and type these commands:
- sc delete vgc
- sc delete vgk
- Navigate to your C: Drive, then Program Files
- Find the VANGUARD folder and delete it
- Open the Riot Client and click update
- Restart your computer after the update
After you’re done with that:
- Press Windows key + R
- Type services.msc
- Look for vgc
- Right-click on vgc > Properties
- Change the startup type to automatic
- Start the services (if not started already)

delete from control panel
Do the cmd commands
And delete the vanguard folder

Does it show error again

Now click on update

Is it downloading? If yes, stop it
stopped
its saying its downloading vanguard
Now insert you external drive
Open and find the valorant folder
Copy it
copied
Now open C: drive / riot games
done
And paste the valorant folder there
It will ask if you want to replace press yes
its gonna take some time
Once it’s done replacing
Go back to riot client
Top right click on the acc icon
Settings
Choose valorant
And click on repair
