Scheduling Service Downtime

Hi everyone, I have one question: we use Railway with two environments: testing and production mode. For testing, our QAs test the application with the latest tasks that have been submitted to development. Is there a way to schedule a time to turn off our services during a specific period at night? For example, at 2 AM in Brasília (Brazil) timezone, our services should be turned off, and at 7 AM, they should automatically turn back on.
