/scoreboard objectives modify <objective> numberformat <style>
if you're using a plugin, it should have its own setting in the config file

I need a way to make my ranks look better
(opinions)
- bold lowercase is ugly
- default colors aren't used well here (especially white, the bold just makes "Member" way too emphasized)
