About subscription

Hello i want to ask, if i pay a pro plan on sep and i just use 0.65$ and i cancel my pro subscription, on oct. Will the (20$ - 0.65$) be refunded or will we still pay 20$?

i have 2 projects on railways. can i user sub domain of project 1 to project to, like example. project1: domaindomain.com project2: community.domaindomain.com
