Teammates in game mic does not have sound?

Is there a bug where teammates mic’s are moving but I don’t hear any sounds? I’ve restarted my game a couple times and I still can’t hear them. Or is it they are not talking but the mics are moving? #questions

I come across a PUBGM cheater streaming on TikTok livestream and selling their hacks. Also, how can I get UC for reporting them?
