If the platform allows, ask if they can share the material tag - otherwise don’t bother if you really want 100% wool. people will write anything on listings

Add water resistance to this nylon jacket?

There are spray on and wash-in DWR, but if you really wanted repellency spray-on may be the way to go. You could get the outer coated and leave the interior untreated. Brands that you can consider are: Grainger and Nikwax. Wax itself would be recommended if the twill was cotton based instead of nylon. Re: other comments - it’s better to use a jacket dedicated for rain or an umbrella if you need serious repellency rather than change a jacket into something it wasn’t meant to withstand.

I want to give a shout to you about being in the clothing production realm, that is honestly so cool. The tiny details of your clothes is really awesome and I’m glad you’re able to share that.
