Strange error when i start my application

When i launch nuxt, i have an 503 error and i cant acces to localhost:3000. I have tried to clear browser cache, launch on another terminal, another port, i have delete nodes_modules and package-lock and reinstall everything. I have upgrade all the modules. II do not understand what is happening
