How do I make it to where on my bungeecord server when you get kicked from an operator or the server restarts it sends you to the hub

How to fix "If you wish to use IP forwarding, please enable it in your BungeeCord config as well!"
I was setting up Bungeecord and i tried to join the main server and it said "If you wish to use IP forwarding, please enable it in your BungeeCord config as well!" but it is enabled in the bungeecord config
