'railway logs': No deployments found
I've deployed my code many times, both via the github integration and also via the CLI (railway up). However, whenever I run 'railway logs' it says "No deployments found"

Logs are very buggy
A small portion of the time, there are no logs. More frequently, some logs don't show. I've been using railway to make my app every day for the past 2 weeks and I'm very confident that there's a bug here. projectid: d5ee2b6c-ea30-4f05-8930-e7c6724e3c2b

Railway bug? Not showing logs randomly
Some deploys randomly do not show logs. Here's an example of two consecutive deploys: one that prints no logs, and one that prints logs. I did not make any meaningful changes to the code in between. I've noticed this problem happening many times over the past few days.
