I'll see what I can do to help figure out from the client-side what may be going on for #3 as I use it. #4 is the kind of recreational math problem I enjoy. I presume you have world coordinates and object coordinates to work with. Without the constraint of having to build the curve off the ends of existing foundations, any radius can be made tangential that has a center on the bisect of the two foundation vectors. It comes down to finding what radius is at or just above the minimum radius that "looks ok" (e.g. somewhat smooth). That probably means minimizing the area that clips within some limits.

I don't have to be constructing anything. Just crashes a few seconds after save loads. Turn it back on and save runs as long as I let it.

Construction Preferences causes my save to crash whenever I have it enabled.

@Andre Aquila <Aquila Industrial>, Have you noticed that trains shutter when Just Fly Redux is active and you try to drive manually? It goes away as soon as I double-tap space bar. FWIW, I have AGS Fly enabled, too, but it didn't happen before I added the mod.

Pak Utility Mod (looking for alternative for fast flying)
I'm using Just Fly Redux, too, but prefer the PAK Utility Mod because the keybinds for Just Fly Redux and double tapping of space sometimes move too fast or accidentally get turned on/off. Hitting Enter and typing !fly I feel is more predictable, and I've run into issues with trains shuddering when I board one (e) and then brake or acceleerate.
The teleport to named locations capability in PAK Utility is also convenient for creative builders. I'm in a new 1.0 save and still not gotten to Tier 9 and the new teleporters so I'm going to try those first.
