Problem with payment
Your technical support is very strange. I wrote to the mail, they answered that mail is only for pros and above, and sent me to discord. Now in discord, I need to go write an email. Why couldn’t I just forward my letter to another address if the person had already read it?

The irony is that I originally wrote about my payment problem. I paid, but my access was not unlocked, after which I lost access to my account. I really liked your service and used it for about a year.
I would understand the expectation if I had a technical problem with the setup or something similar, but this is a situation in which I am forced to receive such an attitude in matters of access to my account and payment. This is ridiculous
