Adding email service DNS records to Railway

I have my app in myapp.up.railway.app and I need to add Mailtrap DNS records to the domain provider’s DNS records to be able to send emails but I'm not finding any info about it. Is this possible?

Rails app crashed today and won't restart because "server is already running".

Today my rails app crashed, don't know the reason, and when I try to restar I see in the logs "A server is already running. Check /app/tmp/pids/server.pid.". What can I do?
