syncrolescommand not working
I have checked the trouble shooting in the documentation and all the troubleshooting checks out, the bot is higher than the roles, bot has perms, and the roles aren't integrated. The command only works when I target a user but when I want to sync everyone's roles, the bot doesn't seem to do anything. How can I fix this?

How can I sync the roles to the XP?
I made less roles to level up from and now I'm wondering how I can sync it to the members

How much XP is gained per message?
Wondering how much XP is gained per message or per minute. Also is there any way I can edit how much XP you need for a level?
