Github multple accounts

Hey, I saw that I cannot connect a same github account to multiple railway accounts, is that a block only for free plan? Will I be able to do it if I switch to hobby/pro? Thanks

Can't connect Postgres internal networking

I'm trying to connect to postgres with railway.internal but I think i'm doing something wrong PrismaClientInitializationError: Can't reach database server at `postgres.railway.internal`:`5432

FATAL: sorry, too many clients already

Trying to connect to PostgreSQL, getting this error. The database is basically empty and I used it only locally. If i go to the data section of the plug-in, railway says Failed to connect to Postgres. Is it accessible to the public?

Variables redeploy info

Sometimes when I don't have an active deployment and I change the variables it triggers a redeploy but sometimes it doesen't, it seems like casual. When and what does it actually make it redeploy or not?

Time between new deployments

Since I can't find this question, how many seconds does a deployment get removed after a new one goes active? And is it possible to increase/decrease this time?

Github not triggerind deploy

Are there problems with github? It's from like 30 minutes that when i add a new commit on github the connected project doesent auto re deploy, I also created a new project linked and it's the same
